Born in 1979, O.M.S. Company based in Artegna (UD) Italy, initially oriented to the precision mechanical manufacturing for the Iron & Steel Industry, and later found its location in the aluminium handling equipment with a successful continuous improvement of new technologies thanks to the experience acquired.
A company that counts on young ideas for continuous innovation.

At the end of the 80’s O.M.S. starts in the aluminium industry with some revamping and parts of plants.

In the beginning of the 90’s first plants with double pullers and flying saws.

In 1993 in cooperation with Italian extruder manufactures the first tall basket system for semi continuous ageing of profiles.

In 1994 first application of wireless transmission to the double pullers and stretchers.

In the year 2000 O.M.S. starts a new generation of handling and ageing equipment with the Three Puller - Automatic Stretcher “FTS system” (Fixed Translation System for automatic stretching).
In the year 2000 O.M.S. develops fast quenching system with forty meter caps with air and water.

In the year 2001 O.M.S. starts a new generation of ageing equipment with Moby Dick automatic continuous ageing oven without baskets.

In 2003 develops special distribution system to the packaging stations using Moby Dick.

In 2008 develops Long Moby system implementation.
