N° 2-3 baskets in width - n° 3-4 baskets in height.

Working temperature 185°C - 250°C; total treatment time 6/10 hours (2 h preheating, 6/8 h furnace at regimen) - Uniformity of temp 3-5%.

Regulation by means of 10 temperature regulators; heating by means gas, diesel or electric resistors.

Floor chain-ways or roll-ways for basket castle entrance and exit.

Ageing system with automatic baskets manipulators over head system in entrance an exit of the furnace with special safety hooking device.

Semi - continuous ageing oven

Long type of furnace gas, diesel or electrical heated with guillotine door type.

Working temperature 185 °C - 250 °C.

Total treatment time n. 4 - 6 hours (1 h preheating; 4-5 h furnace at regimen).

Uniformity of temp 3-5%.

Regulation by means of 10 temperature regulators.
