The roller conveyor is divided in two sections.

The first is fixed and goes form press exit to the beginning of the cooling bed, meanwhile the second section is supported by a frame connected with lifting rod operated by manoeuvred cylinder in automatic cycle for delivery of the extruded material on the cooling bed.

The rollers are made in steel tube covered with exchanging sleeves in Kevlar.

The rollers can be motorised and run at extrusion speed.

The whole extrusion bed is supported by a tubular frame from which the lower cooling system are fed.

The cooling force comes from two ventilators that can vary air flow in proportion of type of profile.
