The flying saw system is a good solution for short bench type plants.

There is saw-puller that takes the profile for the first meters out the press and cuts the profile on the welding-mark between billets and a second puller that receives the profile from the saw-puller that accompanies the profile for the rest of the run out table.

The two pullers run on the same guide. Suitable for installation on existing plants.

Scrap reduction at lea st 3-4%.
