F.T.S. Automatic stretcher with triple puller system

This system has a double-length run-out way 3 puller system with two pullers on one side and one on opposite side.

The third puller grips on to the profile just in front of the hot saw as to constantly keep the extruded bars under tension avoiding deformation during the quenching and run-out stages to the stretcher.

When the pullers after quenching arrive to the stretcher, one in head and one in tail of the profile, the Fixed Translation System grips the bar ends from the two pullers and keeps them under tension during transfer to the stretcher.

This way there is no man at the stretcher, and is done for all types of profiles.
